Skinfold calipers - i cant get a good pinch?
So i ordered some accu measure personal skinfold calipers because i heard the bio-imped scales are pretty inaccurate (they give me a reading of 15%)
I tried practising doing the 3 required pinches but i cant do it right..on all the pictures it shows relatively fit people i guess at around 5-15% being able to pull quite a bit of skin and fat off their muscle but i cant..it doesnt seem to lift up properly, just wondering if im doing something wrong or if i'm a freak?
umm no.. this is how i was when i tried to figure it out.. but if it doesnt hurt for a bit when pinching, youre not pinching far enough which is why it doesnt seem to be working...
