how long will it take me to loose 15-20 lbs with tae bo?
i am 175 lbs and standing at 5'10 ft and i do tae bo amped sculpt express. how long do think it will take me to loose 15-20 lbs as a permanent result??
Nice prescripted advertisement Mary. Do it twice a day for 20 minutes, diet right and in 4-8 weeks would be my best guess. The trick is in the pacing..you need to get your heart pumping and breathing hard, In time you metabolism will increase which will help burn fat why you rest, even sleep. Its hard work but if you put in the time and hard effort, eat right you should be able to get it done fast. An example of metabolism, i wish i could remember the episode, but on Ultimate Fighter reality show the guy goes to bed at 199 lbs and loses in the range of 10 lbs overnight because the fighters metabolism is so high from constant workouts.
