I do about 6-7 curls, stop, do about 6-7 lat pull downs, stop, do 4-5 seated mid-rows, stop, do about 7-8 floor mid-rows, stop, then i do some of the arm cross over exercizes with the pully. I do all of these with the most amount of weight i can do and low reps because i want muscle. Now, I just did this exercize a few times yesterday and today I am not sore at all, should I work out again? If im not sore are my muscles still rebuilding?
